Your health is important to us. The lady of the house, Hannelore, also has celiac disease. For this reason, chef Peppi has been cooking gluten-free dishes for over 20 years, using lots of imagination and skill (bread, cakes, desserts, pastries, jams, traditional recipes, fish dishes...). So you really won't have to give up anything during your holiday. We are also members of the German and Italian Celiac Associations.

Good evening! Feeling hungry? Dinner is served! Chef Peppi creates delicious gourmet cuisine, using fresh herbs from the garden, and home-grown and local produce. Enjoy our 3 or 4-course evening menus, with an Alpine flavour and a Mediterranean touch...
